yeah, imagine I was a grown black man before I realized Egypt was in Africa. Mind you I studied how to build a pyramid, the energies, the math, and was facinated by Egypt as and elementary school child. But mind you my 26 year old girl friend and my 33 year old self were shocked when we went to the San Jose Egyption Museum and discovered Egypt was in Africa. She was Cape Verdian/Cabo Verde which is off the coast of Africa.
Amazing how ignorant humans can be about some basic stuff. The books just omitted small details like that when I was a kid.
